FAQs

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

For invitations you can either order them through my website HERE, or you can send me an enquiry form or email me at finnandwild@outlook.com. I am to respond within 48 hours, please ensure you check your junk folder for a response. To order day stationery you can either send me an enquiry form, or visit the day stationery page and just click on the product you would like, type in the quantity that you require, choose any add-ons and press 'buy now'. I will contact you by email for the information I need to complete your order, please keep an eye on your junk folder for my email. Alternatively, please contact me at finnandwild@outlook.com to discuss your requirements and I can put together an invoice for you.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?

Of course. I always believe you need to see an invitation in person so you can get a real feel for the craftsmanship before committing to a full order.  You can order a sample HERE. Please note samples are not personalised.

HOW MUCH CONTROL WILL I GET OVER THE INVITES?

For my shop invitations you cannot amend the design but will have full control over the text. I will send your drafts over as a PDF by email, we will then liaise back and forth as many times as needed making changes until you are 100% happy with the final designs.

For custom work you will have full control over the designs and text.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SEND MY INVITATIONS EARLIER?

That's is fine! I understand that things pop up out of our control, if you need to send your invitations earlier than agreed then please get in contact by email as soon as possible and we can re-book to another week dependant on my availability.

HOW DOES YOUR FINAL APPROVAL WORK?

I will send you a PDF of your order for you to approve prior to printing. Please check for any mistakes including spelling, grammar and information. If you are happy to proceed with printing I will require an email confirmation stating so.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because all of my invitations and stationery items are bespoke I do not offer returns. However if you have a problem with your order please get in contact.

WHAT IF I LIKE A DESIGN BUT WANT A CHANGE?

Please contact me at finnandwild@outlook.com to discuss the changes you would like to be made and I will advise if it's possible. There may be an extra charge for design changes made.

WHAT IF I'D LIKE A CUSTOM DESIGN?

If you would like a custom design please get in touch via my email below detailing your ideas and I can provide a quotation, finnandwild@outlook.com

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

All invitations and day stationery items are printed onto white 300GSM textured card. All signage that are A3, A2 or A1 in size are printed onto white foamex boards. All invitation suites come with a kraft brown envelope as standard, which can be changed to a custom colour for a fee of 20p per invitation - this is to reduce wastage of stocking lots of different colours.

DO YOU DO MATCHING STATIONERY?

Yes I do. I create save the dates, invitations, menu cards, place cards, welcome signs, table plans, favours and much more, and all can be created in the same theme. If you would like any matching stationery please contact me for a quotation.

WILL YOU POST PHOTOS OF MY STATIONERY ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

I do share photos/videos of stationery on social media, however I always ensure personal details such as email addresses/phone numbers etc are hidden. If you would prefer for me not to share your stationery please let me know via email at finnandwild@outlook.com
